Korea's Legal Cases on The Industrial Property Law published by
          Korea Patent Office
1979 : Description of the Korean Trademark Law - Japanese version published by the
          Asian Economic Research Center (Asia Keijai Kenkyusho) in Japan
1990 : "Trademark" written by Dr. Amino Makoto-Korean version published
1991 :
Major Legal cases on The Industrial Property Law in Korea-Japanese version
          published by the Asian Economic Research Center in Japan

2001 :
Korean version of "Established Theory for Multi-Claims Systems" written by
          Mr. Watanabe Hideo, Japanese Patent Attorney, to be published

Ea-Roo Kang

1997 : Awarded the Prize from the Commissioner of the Patent Office in Korea
          for his contribution to the development of the industrial property rights system
          in Korea

1952 : Awarded the Order of Military Merit, Silver Wharang
1954 : Awarded the Order of Military Merit, Gold Wharang
1975 : Awarded the distinguished service prize from the Ministry of the Commerce and           Industry (for his service as a government official)
1975 : Awarded the Presidential Prize (for his contribution to the establishment and           operation of the Patent system)
1993 : Granted the certificate of man of merit
1997 : Awarded the Prime Minister Prize (for his contribution to the Invention Promotion           Contest and Development of Industrial Property Rights)
