Systems and laws on intellectual property rights differ from one nation to another, and Korea is no exception.  Faced with globalization, these laws are constantly being revised in response to the growing demand of international society that laws must be "harmonized".

To ensure its members remain experts in their fields and internationally aware of these rapid changes, Kang & Kang participates in numerous training courses held regularly, either at home or abroad,
as well as in-house training courses.

At the same time, staff members continue to study cutting edge knowledge in their respective specialties, i.e. electronics, electricity, computer communications, semiconductors, machinery/tool, architecture, organic/inorganic chemistry, textiles and materials, business models, etc., by actively participating in numerous seminars and symposiums held worldwide.
