Trademark
right or Servicemark right is given to a symbol, a character,
a figure, a three-dimensional shape or any combination thereof
in order to distinguish goods or services related to business
of a person from those of others. The term of trademark right
or service mark right is ten (10) years from registration and
can be renewed every ten (10) years.
